WHERE WE SHIP
We ship worldwide with the exception of the Russian Federal Republic.
For orders placed in Italy It is only possible to ship within the country itself.
For orders placed from the European Union (excluding Italy) and non-EEC countries you can select one of the countries within the geographical area of competence as the destination.

DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping to Italy and Europe
WhiteWhale Delivery to Italy and the European Union within approximately 5 working days (no deliveries on Saturdays) for orders placed by 11.59pm the previous day.
For islands, underserved countries and remote areas, delivery may take approximately 5 to 7 working days.
Shipments to non-EEC countries
In non-EU countries, for orders placed from Monday to Friday by 11.59pm the previous day, delivery may vary from 3 to 7 working days depending on the destination and customs times.
Please note that returns or exchanges are not possible for orders outside the EU. For more details, please visit the section “Exchange and Return” on our website.

CUSTOMS DUTIES

For orders with shipping to non-EU countries, import customs duties They are paid by the customer. The value corresponds to a percentage of the total invoice that may vary depending on the destination.

ORDER TRACEABILITY
Once your order is processed for shipping, you can view the status as "Complete" on your account dashboard. You will also receive an email with a tracking number to track your delivery at the email address provided in your order. SHIPPING ADDRESS
To ensure accurate delivery times, please fill in the required delivery address details in full and include any company, office, or public service contact information, as well as opening hours, unless the order is for deliveries to private homes. WhiteWhale We will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions made by the customer in completing the address. TAMPERED OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
WhiteWhale is not responsible for delays or damage to products. If you receive tampered or damaged packages, please refuse delivery or sign for delivery with reservation. Photograph the package before and after opening. If items are damaged, please contact the courier (…) and inform our Customer Service at the following email address: shop@whitewhalewear.com

MORE INFORMATION
In the event that delivery of the order is refused or it is impossible to deliver the shipment for reasons not attributable to WhiteWhale Shipping costs incurred for delivery and return of the goods will be deducted from the refund.
