Return policies
WhiteWhale accepts returns for any reason within 14 days of your order being delivered.
Items must be shipped in their original condition within 14 days of WhiteWhale authorizing the return, and no later than after notifying our Customer Service team via email ( shop@whitewhalewear.com ). Our representative will contact you and guide you step-by-step through the return of the items to our warehouse. If you wish to exchange the same item for a different size or color, or for a different item, our procedure requires you to request a return of the item, which will be refunded, and place a new order.

In the case of defective items, WhiteWhale will be happy to cover the shipping costs (in this case it will be necessary to demonstrate the defect through a photo and wait for confirmation from the company on the existence of the defect).

For orders placed outside the European Union, for hygiene reasons, unfortunately it is not possible to exchange or request a return of items, pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206 of 6 September 2005 and subsequent amendments and additions (the so-called Consumer Code).

What to do and what not to do
To return an article:
1. Notify us of your intention to return an item within the fourteenth working day of delivery of the goods.
2. Wait for our Customer Service to process the request and send the return authorization label which must be applied to the envelope containing the return.
3. Ship the product in its original condition (preferably in its original packaging). WhiteWhale does not accept returns for the same order sent separately in two different shipments.
4. Return the item with its original tag. Items returned without the tag will not be accepted.
5. WhiteWhale undertakes to refund the full amount, excluding shipping costs.
6. If the above conditions are not met, or the returned item is used or damaged, WhiteWhale will not process the refund. In this case, you may choose to have the previously purchased item returned to you at your own expense. After this final shipment, returns will no longer be possible.

Refund times
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of delivery. The time it takes for refunds to be processed varies depending on your preferred payment method:

Credit card :
The timing depends on the credit institution that issued your card. In any case, the refund date will be the same as the debit date. As soon as the refund is issued, we will notify you by email.
Paypal :
The refund will be made directly to your PayPal account after notification via email. You will also receive a final communication from our Customer Service.
