How to place an order

All online purchases are subject to Legislative Decree n. 206 of 06/09/2005.
It is possible to place an order either as a guest, or without the need to register, or by registering on the site that allows you to make the payment more quickly, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders within your account and much more, such as receiving discounts and future benefits.
Prices are subject to change and include 22% VAT.
To certify your purchase, WhiteWhale will send you an invoice or receipt.

Products availability
1. The customer acknowledges that the products from WhiteWhale on the Website (hereinafter referred to as the "Products") are numerically limited and are therefore aware that WhiteWhale must check availability at the time of purchase.

2. Problems may occasionally occur in connection with the availability of certain Products. In such circumstances, WhiteWhale will promptly notify the Customer via email. In the event of unavailability of the product, the Customer will be asked if he prefers the replacement or refund.

3. In the event of multiple simultaneous promotions, the discounts cannot be combined with each other.
