Return policies
WhiteWhale accepts returns for any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order.
The items must be shipped in their original conditions within 14 days after the authorization to return by WhiteWhale and not before having communicated it to our Customer Service via email (shop@whitewhalewear.com). In case of defective items, WhiteWhale will be happy to cover the shipping costs (in this case it will be necessary to prove the defect through a photo and wait for confirmation from the company on the existence of the defect).

For orders made outside the European Union, for hygiene reasons, unfortunately it is not possible to change or request the return of the items, pursuant to art. 59 of d. lgs. 206 of 6 September 2005 and subsequent mm. and ii. (so-called Consumer Code).

What to do and what not to do
To return an article:
1. Tell us your intention to return an item within the fourteenth working day of delivery of the goods.

3. Send the product in its original condition (possibly in its original box). WhiteWhale does not accept returns regarding the same order but sent separately in two different shipments.
4. Return the item together with its original tag. Items returned without the appropriate tag will not be accepted.
5. WhiteWhale undertakes to reimburse the entire amount, excluding shipping costs.
6. In the event that the above conditions will not be followed, or the returned item is used or damaged, WhiteWhale will not proceed with the refund. In this case you can decide to have the previously purchased item returned at your expense. After this last shipment, returns will no longer be possible.

Refund times
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of delivery. The time required for reimbursement varies according to the payment method you prefer to use:

– Credit card:
le tempistiche dipendono dall’Istituto di Credito che ha emesso la tua carta. Ad ogni modo, la data del valore del riaccredito sarа la stessa di quella del valore dell’addebito. Non appena verrа emesso il rimborso, ti invieremo una comunicazione via mail.
– Paypal:
the refund will be made directly to your Paypal account after communication via email. You will also receive a final communication from our Customer Service.
